Carver's Corner is a set of student houses on NW 7th, north of the University of Florida and a few minutes from downtown Gainesville. You get a street address instead of a unit number, and a front door you walk up to instead of a lobby you badge into.

Every bedroom is private and comes with its own bathroom, so mornings are nobody else's schedule. Inside there is central air that handles a Gainesville August, laundry in the house, a full kitchen, and parking right where you left it.
